[Bug]: Do no auto-open the first drop down in visibility popup

Bug description

Currently, when opening the visibility popup in the profile settings, the first drop down opens automatically. This hides the rest of the popup.

Expected behavior

The drop down should not automatically open by default.

This is by design and needed for accessibility.
A popover / dialog has a focus trap this means on open we need to focus the first interactive element on this.

In this case the first interactive element is the NcSelect which opens on focus.
Not sure what to do here without breaking accessibility.

Maybe @ShGKme has a good idea on this component wise?
