I’m trying to create a new app password, but I’m getting this window:

I am 100% sure that I’m entering the correct password, yet I keep getting an “incorrect password” error. 😦 Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

As you can see in the linked pull request (right side of it in the milestone) this was fixed for the upcoming 33.0.3.
Nextcloud 33.0.3 is scheduled for end of April.
If you still encounter this after updating to Nextcloud 33.0.3 it is very likely on of those cases:
