[Feat]: Add an option to turn off AI credit reminders

Problem

There is not "Do not remind" or Opt out for the "You are running low on AI credits" For people who not often use this feature it would be nice if they could opt out of this reminder

Description

I love your product but we don't often use the AI feature due to its pricing we reserve it for major incidents, This means that we do not use that feature as much as business users, We get a reminder that we are low on credits very often and it would be really nice if we could Opt Out of those reminders or to have a "Do not remind me" option.

If we need more credits we buy more but the message draws alot of attention to it and is a bit distracting.

Value proposition

1. It acknowledges users that use NetData cloud's non AI Features(Main reason we use NetData)
2. For smaller users like us or non profits/Community projects who cannot afford regular topping of the AI credits its nice to not be reminded of that
3. It also makes the interface less distracting allowing us to focus on the matter at hand instead of drawing our attention to the big orange box

Proposed implementation

Add a "Do not remind me again" button at the message or allow users to opt out via the preferences
