Describe the bug
When a server has many resources with a help.xml or the resource names/tab titles are long, the list of tabs can no longer fit, they overflow past the right edge of the window meaning you can't view/select some. This is more of an issue the lower your resolution is.

Expected behavior
Support viewing all tabs regardless of how many there are or how long they are.

Additional context
The server I'm an admin for has a custom version of the resource that divides the tabs into pages and only allows 5 tabs per page. In general this is a good enough solution, but a tab could still get cut-off if it's really long, especially if your resolution is low.
