Update the message for the single-click Slack button to indicate that it was clicked

Currently, we want to support buttons that can be clicked only once, so the visual on Slack should reflect that to avoid confusing UX.

One idea that is mentioned in Slack docs is to update the message to replace the button with something show that it was clicked, and mention the username.
