Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Restore the Profullstack webring row in the footer

The pit.world footer sweep (#11) dropped @profullstack/footer, so the
homepage stopped linking the ring and rssamplifier's verifier lost the
site. Render footerHtml() back into a <!--pfs-footer--> slot after the
one-row site footer (it carries the only copyright line); the pit.world
footer stays last in <body>. A test now pins the ring row in the HTML.
