Subject: [PATCH] Add pit.world global footer, trim site footer, move ad off
 the footer

The server fetches https://pit.world/snippets/footer.html?site=moshcode.sh
(module cache 1h, 3s timeout, stale or nothing on failure) into a
<!--pit-footer--> slot as the last thing in <body>, stamping its <style>
with the response's CSP nonce. Replaces the @profullstack/footer webring.

Site footer is one row: brand, MIT, GitHub/Commands/Blog/install.sh/llms.txt.
Dropped the creed tagline and the Pit and elsewhere columns. The CrawlProof
text-link unit moves from above the footer to the top of <main>.
