Make pre-built packages

Hi,

Right now to use this plugin I have to compile it, which is not so easy especially on Linux where you need to get all kinds of dependencies from everywhere. It would be very advantageous if we could make a Github Action which build a Windows, Linux (flatpak) and a macOS build and if possible may be upload it to flathub.
