Describe the bug
I purchased a modrinth hosting plan with the bill renewing on September 6 2026. When the payment was made around 1:50pm (receipt no. 1767-4020), the server went down and I wasn't able to connect to it from MC. Furthermore, the control panel also became inaccessible, only saying "we are getting your server ready" until around 2:00pm at which point I was able to restart the server from the panel.

Expected behavior
Server should not go down around time of billing renewal in order to guarantee a smooth player experience.
