Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.
I am a mod creator based in Sri Lanka, and I am currently unable to withdraw my earned revenue from Modrinth. While Modrinth uses PayPal for payouts, the current integration/payment processor setup does not seem to support or allow users from Sri Lanka to link their accounts and receive funds. It is frustrating to earn revenue but be completely unable to access it.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Modrinth to update its payout systems to officially support payouts to creators in Sri Lanka. Allowing us to withdraw directly to a Sri Lankan PayPal account or a local bank would solve this completely
Describe alternatives you've considered
The only current alternative for unsupported regions is withdrawing revenue as Gift Cards. While this is a nice fallback, gift cards cannot be used to pay for actual living expenses, development costs, or software subscriptions
Additional context
Modrinth has a massive global audience, and there are many talented developers in South Asia. Adding proper financial support for Sri Lanka and other unsupported regions would greatly encourage international creators to keep publishing and updating their projects on Modrinth rather than moving to alternative platforms.
