What browsers are you seeing the problem on?
Google Chrome
Describe the bug
When you cancel adding a dependency to an existing version, the edit dialog becomes stuck.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to an existing version
- Click "Edit metadata"
- Click "Add dependency"
- Click "Cancel" (not the x button)
- Click "Cancel" again
Now you see that the background is no longer blurred, but the dialog can't be closed and doesn't disappear.
If you click the x button instead of step 4, the dialog disappears, but most buttons (like all of the edit buttons) stop working.
Expected behavior
The dialog should disappear completely
Additional context
I can only reproduce this issue if I reload the website on the version page. If I navigate from the version list to the version and do the steps immediately, it appears to work.
