Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

I generally try to configure API keys and access tokens so they have the least privileges required to function. This minimizes the damage caused if a key is compromised somehow.

In Modrinth's case, the ideal situation would be the Create Versions permission for a single project.

Describe the solution you'd like

When creating a PAT, I would like to be able to restrict it to a specific project.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There are none that I am aware of.
