Remove duplicate server listing: io.github.H179922/multimail-mcp-server

I published my MCP server initially under io.github.H179922/multimail-mcp-server (v0.1.4) using GitHub auth, then migrated to a DNS-verified namespace as dev.multimail/mcp-server (v0.1.5).

The old io.github.H179922/multimail-mcp-server listing is now a stale duplicate. Could it be removed?

• Keep: dev.multimail/mcp-server (canonical, DNS-verified)
• Remove: io.github.H179922/multimail-mcp-server (stale duplicate)

Both point to the same npm package (@multimail/mcp-server) and same repo (github.com/multimail-dev/mcp-server).
