[Feature] Add clean restart packager command #2483
Description
- Run the command in the command panel: “React Native: Clean & Restart Packager (Metro)” (Command ID: reactNative.cleanRestartPackager).
- Function: Clears the Metro cache and restarts the packager with one click, resolving compilation/debugging errors caused by caching.
