[rush] Warnings when install the @microsoft/rush about 5.169.3 version

When we install @microsoft/rush version 5.169.3, the following warnings will be thrown:
npm warn Unknown project config "always-auth". This will stop working in the next major version of npm.
npm warn Unknown project config "auto-install-peers". This will stop working in the next major version of npm.
npm warn deprecated read-package-json@2.1.2: This package is no longer supported. Please use @npmcli/package-json instead.
npm warn deprecated rimraf@3.0.2: Rimraf versions prior to v4 are no longer supported
npm warn deprecated readdir-scoped-modules@1.1.0: This functionality has been moved to @npmcli/fs
npm warn deprecated read-package-tree@5.1.6: The functionality that this package provided is now in @npmcli/arborist
npm warn deprecated osenv@0.1.5: This package is no longer supported.
npm warn deprecated inflight@1.0.6: This module is not supported, and leaks memory. Do not use it. Check out lru-cache if you want a good and tested way to coalesce async requests by a key value, which is much more comprehensive and powerful.
npm warn deprecated glob@8.1.0: Old versions of glob are not supported, and contain widely publicized security vulnerabilities, which have been fixed in the current version. Please update. Support for old versions may be purchased (at exorbitant rates) by contacting i@izs.me
