the graph_cycles table is empty, resulting in 0 circular dependencies while the table graph_modules_coupling shows rows with Source=A and Target=B but also Source=B and Target=A, e.g. Administration-Atlas_Core contain by default (design?) cyclic references and should show up in the cycles table
