Support "allowOther" Argument in select and multiSelect as text input field #648

Right now, select dose not allows to add custom values. Meaning if you want one you need to have a separate text input.
Describe the Feature you'd like
allowOther
already exits, so adding support for it to the select should be quite simple.
Perfect execution would be a text input as one of the options.
