Support for Shareable configs

Greetings,
is it planed to support shareable configurations?

Since we decided to use commitlint for multiple Projects we have created a shareable config,
But since the plugin only reads the type and Scope Enums, we have the Problem that we either don't use the shareable config or that we don't use the plugin.
