Summary
Touch inputs like click or drag to scroll stop working once either tip of a Surface Pen touches the screen. A restart of the machine will fix the problem until the next time the pen touches the screen.

Steps taken / diagnosis
- Enter an X11 or Wayland graphical session and launch an application that supports touch inputs like Firefox or Chromium
- Interact with the application using your finger
- Interact with the application using the Surface Pen
- Attempt to interact with the application using your finger
Expected behaviors
The screen should accept input from both the Surface Pen and touch. Interacting with the screen using the Surface Pen should not disrupt or influence the ability to interact with the screen using your finger.
Workarounds
Touch inputs will resume working after a system restart.
