Add flag to "Add Link" to release to sync

Hello,

Linear allows adding links to releases. The first thing that comes to mind for me is linking to the CI/CD pipeline which ran the deployment. Please enable something like: linear-release sync --link=Title=https://URL.com --link=SecondTitle=https://URL2.com
