Api endpoint and model for zulip messages #15
Description
We need an api endpoint that accounts the status of the zulip message.
Basically we need a feedback of how the snapshots were evaluated and feed it back to the maintenance.
Basically it should be as simple as saving the zulip message in the db , and the api would tell the requestor of what was the last evaluation state after a certain date/time.
