Custom Fields is empty on getTestCase response

Describe the bug
Calling method getTestCase return correct test case informations except the custom fields are empty, it just show empty object []

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Define custom fields
2. Create or edit a test case and fill in said custom field
3. Call method getTestCase on said test case
4. API return empty custom fields

Expected behavior
API also return custom fields info and value

Additional context
This issue seems to be impacting updateTestCase API since I can't update the custom fields on test cases. I even use getTestCaseCustomFieldDesignValue to get the current value and then set new value, but it still won't update.
