Azure OpenAI support

Hey there,

first of all: thanks for the very lean solution to get a MCP server around docs.

Being an Azure OpenAI user I was wondering if adding Azure OpenAI support is something you would be open to?

I changed the code locally and it works like a charm. I could clean up the code and propose a Pull Request if you are interested.

This would bring a new dependency to the @azure/identity package to support authentication without API-Key using a user identity (e.g. a Workload Identity, Service Principal, Azure User using the AzureCLI, ...) and some new if-else constructs during configuration of the openai client.

What do you think?
