Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to Titanium Web Proxy and related projects maintained in this repository.

Agreement

By submitting a contribution (including a pull request, patch, or other submission) to this repository, you agree that:

  1. You own the contribution or have the right to submit it. You represent that each contribution is your original work, or that you have the necessary rights to submit it under the terms below.
  2. MIT-licensed areas. Contributions to MIT-licensed paths (including src/Titanium.Web.Proxy/, src/Titanium.Web.Proxy.Abstractions/, src/Titanium.Web.Proxy.Configuration/, src/Titanium.Cli/, tests under those products, examples, tools, and documentation for MIT editions) are licensed to the project under the MIT License (see LICENSE).
  3. PolyForm Noncommercial areas. Contributions to PolyForm Noncommercial paths (src/Titanium.Plus/, src/Titanium.Inspector/, and their dedicated test projects) are licensed to the project under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. External contributors may only submit to those paths if they are listed in the TWP_NC_MAINTAINERS allowlist; otherwise such PRs are rejected by CI.
  4. No additional terms. You grant the project maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions under the applicable project license for each path.
  5. Patent grant. You grant a patent license covering claims you can license that would be infringed by your contribution alone or by combination of your contribution with the work to which it was submitted.
  6. No expectation of compensation. Contributions are provided without expectation of payment.

How to sign

On your first pull request, reply with:

I have read the CLA and I hereby sign the CLA.

The CLA bot (or maintainer) records your signature. Subsequent contributions from the same GitHub account are covered unless you revoke in writing to the maintainers.
