Closeout task: add Andrea as Zenodo owners

• Add Andrea as owners on the iSamples Zenodo resource(s).

🤖 rbotyee (Claude, operated by @rdhyee) — Raymond's intent: share the Zenodo deposit draft with Andrea now, so she can review, set the license and creator list, and publish. What I did (2026-08-27): granted Zenodo user athomer (Andrea Thomer, University of Arizona; user id 130704) manage permission on draft deposition 21288719 — "iSamples Query Substrate — Snapshot 202601" — via the record access API (POST /api/records/21288719/access/grants, HTTP 201, read back as the sole grant). Zenodo sent her a notification. manage = edit metadata, upload/delete files, share, and publish — i.e. control of the record.

State of the draft at the time of sharing: 15 files (10 parquet, 3 git bundles, README.md, MANIFEST.json), 1,720,533,938 bytes, every file MD5-verified; not published. Two decisions deliberately left for Andrea/Kerstin and still showing placeholder values: license (currently cc-by-4.0; the parent export 15278211 is cc-by-nc-sa-4.0) and creators (currently one placeholder entry; 22-name candidate list is with Raymond).

Scope note: this covers the 202601 substrate draft only. Ownership of the earlier iSamples export record (15278211) is not something this account can change — whoever owns that record would add her there. Leaving this issue open until that scope is confirmed.
