Add a license

I assume you guys should have a license associated for this code. Some organizations can't use software that does not have any license specified. Might I suggest MIT?

If you download one of the other Simplify SDKs you'll see that they are licensed with the 3-clause BSD license (see: http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause). So while I agree that a license file is needed, I'd suggest using the same as the others.
