[DOCUMENTATION] Invalid troubleshooting hyperlink in the QUICKSTART.md

In the step 3 of QUICKSTART.md, clicking the troubleshooting hyperlink doesn't do anything.
It points to https://github.com/inventory69/simple-notes-sync/blob/main/QUICKSTART.md#troubleshooting but it is at https://github.com/inventory69/simple-notes-sync/blob/main/QUICKSTART.md#-troubleshooting.
Notice the - after the hash. It is the same in both languages.

I don't know if this warrant creating an issue. I kinda created this without thinking. So, apologies if it is silly.

Hey @isawaway, of course that's definitely a good reason to raise an issue, thanks for opening :)
Classic typo. But I have to admit that I forgot about updating the document to the latest version.
Will close the issue when i'm done :)
