Feature Request: Notification per event

I've been using STTS for awhile now, and it's really great for a quick check-in. However, I've also had notifications running, and it's grinding on my brain: it's too much.

It'd be nice if there were a quick option to subscribe to a service's status.

Let's say I go to run a GitHub Action, but the service is unavailable. I'd then quickly subscribe to GitHub service status changes in STTS, and get a notification when the service has been restored. I can then quickly unsubscribe from notifications. ⭐
