adding/removing users using album preview share menu - changes don't propogate properly #24847

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug
from album preview menu user was added, then removed, however the user still has access to the album. user is not showing in the shared album dialogue box when opening from the album preview, but is showing when opening the sharing options from within the album
