Session ignore control route on the claude listener

What to build

Per-session ignore keeps working when Claude Code traffic no longer passes through the gateway: the claude listener hosts the same session-ignore control route the gateway proxy hosts, and hyp session ignore / unignore posts to both. Ingest drops by session id; the ignored session's bodies are deleted like any policy drop.

Acceptance criteria

• Smoke: ignore a session id, post its events and bodies; zero rows land and its spool bodies are deleted
• unignore restores capture for subsequent events
• The gateway's own control route is unaffected; ignoring via the CLI reaches both servers
• Works with the /hypaware-ignore skill end to end
