bug: background alpha visibly steps because iced_wgpu can choose Rgb10aUnorm

Steps to reproduce

1. Alter background alpha

Expected behavior

Smooth interpolation between alpha values.

Actual behavior

Jagged, quartile-like opacity steps.

Additional context

iced has an unreleased fix that blacklists Rgb10a2Unorm / Rgb10a2Uint.

This issue will be closed as soon as that is released upstream. I have decided not to patch/pin iced in the meantime.
