Odroid-C4 (g12a): need license for binary blobs

Hello,

fip/g12a provides a set of binary files which are mandatory to create working bootloader for Odroid-C4 board.

I am working on providing openSUSE Linux image for Odroid-C4 board and need to know the terms for redistribution this files in the following forms:

• as a tar.gz snapshot of this git repo
• as a part of u-boot.bin produced as described in https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/blob/master/doc/board/amlogic/odroid-c4.rst
• as a part of the system image for deploying on a microSD card.

Unfortunately, I have not found any legal statements on this blobs. It would be great if you could add some LICENSE file near fip directory.
