Overview

We need to ignore Dockerfile as a language so that projects on the projects page are accurately displayed.

Details

When this issue is complete:

• Dockerfile will no longer show up in the Language filter on the Projects Check and Projects pages
• Projects will no longer list Dockerfile under Language on their resource cards/pages

Action Items

• Using resource 1.01 identify projects using Dockerfile as a language
