Update broken links for LibFuzzer in Glossary.md

Some of the links which point to LibFuzzer.info needs to be updated as that has been moved to LLVM. Please see the attached screenshot.

I think it has gotten worse since than.
A casino site, or something, is now being hosted behind https://libfuzzer.info/

In CONTRIBUTING it says:

All submissions, including submissions by project members, require review. We
use Github pull requests for this purpose.

So yeah...
