stacklit.toml not applied

The README.md explains that configuration is done via stacklit.toml but the tool seems to be reading only the undocumented .stacklitrc.json.

You're right, @HauserV, sorry about that. Pure docs bug.

The loader in internal/config/config.go reads .stacklitrc.json. The README and USAGE guide were showing TOML, which the tool just ignores. Anyone following the docs got silent no-ops.

Fixed in #35 by rewriting the config examples in JSON to match what the loader actually does.
