Stanford guide links are broken #16

Describe the bug
The links to Stanford Design Thinking Guide and Design Thinking model are broken.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://lmkeston.github.io/empathy-dev/five-phases/
- Click on 'Stanford’s Design Thinking Model' or 'Stanford Design Thinking Process Guide '
- Link does not open
Expected behavior
Open expected Pdfs

Additional context
Stanford site seems to have moved to a new domain. I have found other working links to it.
