Aside from the current example at https://github.com/github/docs/issues, the checkbox to confirm have read the Code of Conduct is not presenting, at least on my device. Bringing attention to in the event anyone else has experienced the same. Thank you for reading. Suggest a review the structure and confirmation process for having read the Code of Conduct to ensure selections are properly recorded.
