Are remote sessions (--remote) supported on Copilot Pro / Student (individual plan)?

Running copilot-cli v1.0.25 with an active "Copilot Student" subscription on a personal repository under my own account (not an organization).

When I run copilot --remote I get:

Remote sessions are not enabled for this repository.
Contact your organization administrator to enable remote sessions.

The April 13 changelog lists Copilot Pro as supported, but:

• There is no Remote control / Remote sessions toggle on https://github.com/settings/copilot/features for my account.
• The docs page about-remote-access only describes the policy for users "with a Copilot seat from an organization".
• I have no organization — the repo is personal.

Questions:

1. Is --remote supported for individual Copilot Pro and Copilot Student plans?
2. If yes, where is the per-user toggle / how is it enabled?
3. If no, is there an ETA or tracking issue I can follow?
