The current design of the source repo does not fit with the requirements to distribute something as a plugin to Copilot. Have a read of this docs page for the full details, but to summaries:

• There needs to be a plugin.json at the root, in the .plugin folder or .github/plugin folder
• The skills/agents/scripts should all bundle into folders that the plugin.json is aware of so it knows what to expose where

thank you for your prompt feedback. i have restructured the repository to comply with the vs code plugins. all artifacts for the github copilot plugin have been moved into pptify under the root directory.
