From 2f103df1288dc23e65d9a13dbfc3e0725609e521 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: hobbyistz <293619914+hobbyistz@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Thu, 3 Sep 2026 18:01:25 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] docs(changelog): record the calc_v10 decision, effective time, provider_class correction; back-enter the 2026-09-01 attendance mint Additive lines only; no existing text is rewritten. Under 2026-09-03: a dated record of the seating decision (approval and ruling dates, section 4.1 eligibility basis, the section 4.2 double-counting position, and the open per-seat statistic disclosure); the literal effective time (2026-09-03T18:59:44Z, succession version 6, activation sequence 6); and a correction of the provider_class sentence, which has been false since the publisher build deployed at 2026-09-03T21:27Z. Under 2026-09-01: a back-entry for the attendance-weighting mint (h100/h200 calc_v8, B300 annex_a calc_v14, B200 annex_a2 calc_v14), derived from the published succession and calc_params, which had no entry when it took effect.
