[Bug]: url of TOC in sidebar missed page information

What happened?

For the TOC/outline headings, the url is www.site.com/#heading-1, but should be www.site.com/**This-Page**/#heading-1

Sometimes, the link works correct, jumped to page#heading.
But most of the time, it jump to index page.
