we will see that "The declaration is a definition." is missing in devdocs why ?

It's from an earlier version of the wiki. I didn't do an exhaustive search, but https://en.cppreference.com/index.php?title=cpp%2Flanguage%2Fconstexpr&diff=183032&oldid=143898 shows the difference.

@simon04 is the fix is to re-scrape if there's been enough of a change?
