[Feature Request] Add "Push and Create Pull Request on origin" to the Quick Launch menu

There is "Create Pull Request" in the Quick Launch

Right, but i'm asking for the "push to the origin and create a pull request" as one step action. It's the same menu item you get when you right click on a branch.
