Expose the browser-hosted Launchpad Echo session facts WARP-TTD needs without giving the debugger runtime authority.

Scope

• Runtime hello/session identity facts.
• Tick history basis and latest witness posture.
• Read-only export/bridge suitable for same-page WARP-TTD inspection.
• No mutation, admission, grant issuance, or trusted runtime control from WARP-TTD.

Acceptance criteria

• WARP-TTD can read Launchpad session facts from Echo's browser-side boundary.
• Absence/obstruction is explicit when facts are not available.
• Exported facts cite generated contract or runtime evidence where possible.
