Missing documentation of `flet.app()`

Problem

Based on searching the existing documentation, it seems that the main flet function, flet.app, is not documented anywhere. There are a large number of examples throughout the documentation on using it in basic and advanced scenarios, but no one place that would document all the parameters and possible values.

Possible Solution

It is not obvious what the right place for the documentation would be in the current structure. Some options:

• As a subsection on the "Getting started" page.
• Separate page after the "Getting started" page.
