Better use for the title attribute of links

The title of link attributes can be specified by the second parameter to markdown links, e. g.[Text](/xy Title). The title is displayed on hover over the link. However, we don't use it to display any valuable information. Usually we just repeat the link text:

We could use it for "Jump to section

" if a section on the same page is referenced or "Navigate to page ", but it's rather an optional feature.
