多次执行重启

你好，我在执行main_test下文件时，多次执行了
`kill -HUP pid`和`curl 'http://localhost:9090/ping'` 后面导致服务关闭了，执行`curl 'http://localhost:9090/ping'`返回了
`curl: (7) Failed to connect to localhost port 9090 after 24 ms: Couldn't connect to server`
