Create skill or update it by using builtin "create skill"

Would be a nice automation like /compact „some text”.

Especially useful to tell it in a session to write down project specific leanings that are pain in the ass to repeat over and over.

And in the future this call could be removed from history to reduce tokens usage.
Claude has similar functionality, there it works by having a special skill for creating new skills.

We can just create a builtin skill (that can be disabled) I guess.

What you mean with /compact „some text” compact is another feature not the same as skill.

But yes, we could have a simple command that creates skill I guess

yeah, the problem is that we would need files or so, but I got you, we can re-use some part of the skill logic indeed

"When user asks you to create a skill, create it in .eca/skills/...." .

I'm thinking about whether it would be better to have some packages that users can install to gain skills, new behaviors and the like. But that's probably outside the scope of this ticket :-).

Yeah, I like the idea of having ECA plugins, or installable pluggable things, we could discuss in a issue
