Add zoom (Ctrl + / Ctrl -) support for Console View

Currently zoom in/out functionality using Ctrl + / Ctrl - is supported in text editors (e.g., Java editor), but not consistently available in the Console view.
This creates an inconsistent user experience, especially for developers who frequently switch between editor and console while debugging or running applications.

Currently we can change the font size of the console view using below preference.
Preferences → General → Appearance → Colors and Fonts → Console font
