Eclipse + ADT + Copilot - Github Copilot is not getting Signed In

I have installed Eclipse 2025-03 + ADT + GitHub Copilot (0.15.0).

GitHub Copilot login succeeds in the browser, but Eclipse never completes authorization in Eclipse IDE
